Verizon circuit problems fixed

PHILADELPHIA - June 29, 2009 - Verizon said that all of the circuits were fixed around 6:00 p.m. Everyone should be able to make land line calls without any problems. It is hard to put a number on the amount of people who had issues due to the fact that it was wide spread and intermittent.

The exact number of affected customers has not been determined.

The problem only affected landlines, the company said. The wireless network was not affected.
