SOMERS POINT, N.J. – June 29, 2009 Officials say overnight into Monday morning one of the men fell overboard.
The other friend, who didn't see the man fall overboard, reported him missing Monday morning.
After searching the area officials found the missing man's body in close proximity of the boat.
The circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown.
