Jurors are hearing closing arguments Tuesday in the attempted murder trial of suspects Brian Hall, Pete Hopkins Jr. and Dwayne Dyches.
Defense lawyers suggest that police supervisors and a news helicopter were on the scene last summer because officers mistook Dyches for a fugitive police killer.
