The bike is a red Huffy Savannah with black seats, with a silver air pump attached.
The bike owner tells Action News that it was chained to a fence and went missing Wednesday morning.
The bike allowed her to peddle and enjoy a ride from the back seat while another person steered from the front.
"It's the only way I can ride. I have no vision. It was a great source of pleasure for my husband and me," said Beverly Wieland.
The bike is valued at more than $1,000.
