OLD CITY - July 5, 2009
Investigators tell Action News that three men, all in their 20s, were shot in Old City around 2:30 a.m. Two of them are listed in stable condition, one is in critical condition.
Officers say they found a handgun and several shell casings not far from the scene along the 200 block of Letitia Street near Chestnut.
One of the victims was hit in the knee. The most severely injured victim was shot in the abdomen.
Police have not yet released any details about the person under arrest.
