Campbell Soup Co. president and CEO Douglas Conant is recuperating from surgery after he was injured in a motor vehicle accident. The company says the 58-year-old was a passenger in the back seat when his vehicle crashed on the New Jersey Turnpike Thursday. Conant was heading from Campbell's Camden headquarters to his home in Morris County.
