SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - July 9, 2009 It happened around 12:30 a.m. at 65th and Elmwood in Southwest Philadelphia.
That's when, police say, the bus was hit by a rock.
The driver pulled the damaged bus over and let the passengers out.
As they were getting off, a passenger twisted his ankle. Earlier reports from the scene said that person's foot was run over.
