Lindbergh Blvd was shut down between 63rd and 65th.

About 20 homes flooded.

The source was a break in a 30 inch water main connected to a 16 inch water main.

Investigators from the water department don' t know why the main failed.

PGW turned off the gas to some of the homes as a safety issue, because of possible damage due to the flooding.

Cleanup continued Friday afternoon, and it's unknown how long it will take.
