After being released from the Delaware County prison Friday afternoon, the Action Cam caught up with /*Beatty Chadwick*/ and his attorney Michael Malloy arriving at Malloy's Media office.
A short time later there was an emotional reunion with his son.
Chadwick was sent to jail in 1995, accused of hiding $2.5 million from his ex-wife during divorce proceedings.
He maintained on the day of his release that he did not hide any money.
Judge Joseph Cronin, Jr. said Friday that keeping Chadwick in prison "has lost its present coercive effect. And it is unlikely that continued incarceration will result in his compliance."
Chadwick got a few cheers as he left his attorney's office. He says he would like to get his law license back and start practicing because he needs to earn some money to support himself.
He moved 14 years of personal items, books and legal documents from his attorney's car to his son's for the ride home as a free man.
