Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash in Delaware that has claimed the life of a 67-year-old man. It happened just after 8:00 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of Bunker Hill Road in Middletown.

It was there that Donald Hultberg of Warwick, Maryland pulled over to the side of the road in order to grab a real estate pamphlet from a 'For Sale' advertisement in the front yard.

Police say 18-year-old Jarrit T. Kretzer of Middletown, Delaware was traveling at a high rate of speed in his 1997 Pontiac Sunfire when he lost control and crossed over the road - striking the victim.

The car overturned several times before coming to rest in a wooded area.

Hultberg was taken by medics to Christiana Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The teen was also transported to the hospital and was treated for minor injuries.

There's no word on if police will file charges against the driver.
