The safari's three African elephants, Tiki, Alice, and George, have a job at the new "Elephant Car Wash".
For 20-dollars, visitors can have an up-close-and-personal encounter with the elephants as they wash down their car. The elephants scrub with sponges and rinse with their trunks. The safari makes no guarantees the car will actually get cleaned.
There are no reservations required. Visitors just drive through the safari and pull over at the elephant barn.
Safari staff say the elephant car wash is a creative way to raise money in this struggling economy.
