State parks officials have decided that fans of the all-over tan will have until end of this summer to let it all hang out on a strip of San Onofre State Beach.
After Labor Day, officials say the nude beach-goers will face possible arrest if they don't cover up.
The new policy follows an appeals court ruling that sided in favor of stricter enforcement.
But the nudists aren't going to give up just yet.
They say they're considering an appeal to the California Supreme Court.
