A fast moving house fire in the Mantua section of Philadelphia has left one family homeless and forced a neighboring family to flee the flames.

The fire broke out at about 3:15 Wednesday morning in a home on the 500 block of North Natrona Street.

Flames spit out the windows of the house's first and third floors.

Firefighters and neighbors helped the residents get out safely.

It took only about 15 minutes for crews to gain control of the blaze.

Investigators are looking for the cause.
