Police in suburban Philadelphia say they have in custody two men wanted in a May shooting death at a playground despite little or no help from witnesses. Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says 20-year-old Taaqi Brown, of Philadelphia, was arrested Thursday. Twenty-one-year-old Thomas 'Neff' Gregory, of Asbury Park, N.J., was taken into custody earlier this month.

Chitwood credits the U.S. Marshals Service and the Violent Crimes Task Force for the arrests. He says more than 100 people witnessed the May 2 shooting of 19-year-old Aaron Kearney, of Folcroft, in Upper Darby's Stonhurst Hills section - but very few provided information.

A district judge arraigned Brown on charges including criminal homicide, murder, and assault. Gregory was arraigned earlier on murder and related charges.
