Arrest made in Bristol stabbing

A 23-year-old man is under arrest for allegedly stabbing a Bucks County man to death in a Bristol parking lot.Jamal Smith was taken into custody Saturday morning.

Police believe Smith stabbed 58-year-old John Reil just outside the Marion Village Apartments on July 8.

Investigators say Smith had been drinking with a friend earlier that night and approached Reil as he was getting out of his car.

Officials say a friend of Smith's contacted police about the crime.

Smith has allegedly confessed to the crime.

He's being held on $5-million cash bail.
