Man shot and killed in Frankford
FRANKFORD - July 20, 2009 The shooting happened on the 4600 block of Torresdale Avenue around 12:30 Monday morning.
Police say the 29-year-old victim was shot once in the chest during a robbery. When authorities arrived they pronounced the man dead at the scene.
