When officers tried to take Jamisha Wilson, 31, out of the crowd, she hit the officer in the mouth.
Another officer was punched in the chest when he tried to put handcuffs on Wilson.
A third officer got a kick in the leg, when he tried to help.
None of the Dover police officers suffered serious injuries.
Wilson is jailed on assault, public intoxication and other charges. As of noon Monday, she was still at the Baylor's Women Correctional Center.
