Police in Philadelphia have charged another suspect in last month's double homicide at an upscale apartment building. Police confirmed Wednesday they arrested 42-year-old Edward Daniels on July 11 and charged him with murder, robbery and other charges. Investigators say he was one of the gunmen involved in the fatal shootings of Rian Thal and Timothy Gilmore at the upscale Piazza at Schmidt's development in the Northern Liberties neighborhood.

Police are still seeking alleged gunman Donnell Murchison and others they believe were involved in the killings.

Police found a large amount of drugs and money in Thal's apartment after the June 27 shooting. Investigators believe the shooting was a result of a botched drug robbery orchestrated by a man identified as Keith Epps. He has been charged with murder.
