A Philadelphia man faces two death sentences for the murders of a woman and her unborn baby, and a life sentence for killing a man who robbed him of crack cocaine and cash. Thirty-one-year-old Harold Murray 4th was sentenced Tuesday by Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill for the Jan. 31, 2005, murders of Jennifer Pennington, her unborn baby girl, and 33-year-old Shawne Mims, of Norristown. Prosecutors say it was the Philadelphia-area county's first prosecution for homicide of an unborn child.

Investigators say Mims and an accomplice robbed Murray the day before of crack cocaine and nearly $3,000 in cash while Pennington and another woman waited in a car. Mims was shot at a hotel in King of Prussia, and Pennington was taken to a Philadelphia park where she was shot twice in the face.
