The 69-year-old Mirarchi has already spent 15 months in Chester County Prison. He pleaded guilty last year to two counts of theft.
The judge said if an agreement is reached for restitution, Mirarchi's attorney could file a motion to vacate the sentence.
Prosecutors say Mirarchi stole $897,204 from landscaper Paul Pezzotti and $100,000 from Philadelphia physician Michael Avallone. Investigators say there were other victims but no other charges have been filed.
