YORK, Pa. (AP) - July 29, 2009
Police say 26-year-old Hector Manuel Morales of York was taken
into custody Monday afternoon in Harrisburg after a 90-minute
standoff at a boarding house.
Authorities say Morales was being sought in the July 16 murder
of 42-year-old Ronald Simmons Jr. who was shot six times inside his
York home after struggling with an intruder.
