Bank robbery suspect nabbed counting money

GREENSBURG, Pa. (AP) - July 30, 2009

Greensburg police say 35-year-old David Morgan, of Yukon, robbed the city's First Commonwealth Bank branch Tuesday morning. Police arrested him several blocks away when they saw a man matching the robber's description counting money as he walked along a city street.

Chief Wally Lyons says Morgan's note asked a teller to "please" give him all the money in her drawer. The note concluded, "Please don't sound alarm, or else. Thank you, and have a nice day. No dye packs, either."

Court records don't list an attorney for Morgan who remains jailed.
