The crash happened on July 26th, and police say the identification was delayed because of the lack of identification and the condition of the body.
Campbell was identified by dental records.

State police say a van, driven by Patrick Turner, 21, of Virginia Beach, Virginia was going north on Route 1 over the Roth bridge when it began having mechanical problems.
A tractor trailer traveling behind it couldn't stop in time and rear-ended the van.
Both ended up in the southbound lanes and caught fire.
Four people inside the van were able to make it out. However Campbell was trapped inside and died.
The tractor trailer driver escaped injury.
Police say Turner was driving with a suspended license.
