Authorities say, as part of Lindale's release, he was to have no contact with anyone under the age of 16.
On July 29th, police say a representative from the Department of Justice was conducting a pre-sentencing investigation and visited Lindale's home.
That investigator learned that Lindal was working at the Delaware State Fair in the amusement ride area.
Troopers working at the Fair found Lindale working as a roller coaster operator.
He was arrested and charged with felony breech of release.
