Police say a man and a woman were shot and wounded in the parking lot of the hall at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
A 46-year-old man is in critical condition with wounds to his stomach and hand.
A woman is in stable with a gunshot wound to the hand.
Police have taken one person into custody for questioning the shooting.
