Wildwood police say Jon Langevin was trying to climb from the balcony of one room to another after he had discovered he was locked out Monday.
Police say the 49-year-old lost his balance and fell, hitting a vehicle parked in the lot at the Royal Hawaiian Motel.
The Spotswood resident was flown by helicopter to Atlantic City Medical Center.
