Two arrested in Pike Creek home invasion

PIKE CREEK, Del. - August 4, 2009 It happened around 7:00 p.m. Monday in the 4900 block of Tupleo Turn in the Pepper Ridge Townhomes.

A 27-year-old man who lived there told police he was robbed by two known associates.

Police have identified those men at David Robison, 30, and Matthew Todd, 27, both of The Bluffs Apartments.

Investigators say the victim was inside his home when he heard someone calling his name from the first floor on Monday night.

When he walked to the door, the victim said he was confronted by Todd and Robison. They allegedly entered the home without his permission, asked about an alleged debt owed to them, then proceeded to steal items.

The victim was shoved aside, poilce say, as Todd and Robison stole a 50 inch television and a digital camera with a combined value of more than $3,000.

The victim identified Robison and Todd, and police say they found the victim's stolen property in Robison's apartment.

Todd and Robison have each been arrested and charged with robbery, two counts of theft, and conspiracy. Robison was also charged with offensive touching.

Both men have been arraigned and released after posting a $4,500 secured bail.
