Police: Man out of jail robs same bank

WOODBINE, N.J. - August 5, 2009 John Millison, 45, of Drexel Hill, Pa. was arrested for robbing the PNC Bank in Marmora on July 27th, 2009. He had been in prison for robbing the same bank on August 26, 2003.

After July 27th robbery, and FBI agent noticed similarities between this crime and the 2003 crime, for when he arrested Millison.

The agent reviewed surveillance photos of a man wearing a stocking over his head and identified him as Millison, police say, who had been released from federal prison in November, 2008.

Detectives then learned that a man fitting the same description robbed the Pathmark Pharmacy in Egg Harbor Township on the same day the Marmora bank was hit.

After an investigation involving the New Jersey State Police, the FBI and the Egg Harbor Township Police, Million was arrested at a vacant home in the 200 block of North Sacramento Avenue in Ventnor, New Jersey.

Police say no weapons were displayed during the two recent robberies. A modest amount of cash was obtained during both crimes, but no cash was recovered during the arrest.
