2 teens shot, 1 killed in West Phila.

WEST PHILADELPHIA - August 6, 2009 Both were shot around 12:15 a.m. on the 700 block of South 56th Street.

The teen who was killed has been identified as Troy Davis, 16.

The other teen who was shot, an 18 year old, was wounded in the hand and taken to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.

There's no word on suspects at this time. Police are investigating.
