Police say officers have developed two possible suspects, including a man who goes by the name Ottis and told band members he was there promoting a Dover based company Studio 1443. But police say they later learned that he has no connection to that company.
Police say the second suspect, a man with long greasy blond hair, was seen with Ottis.
