Eagles sign QB Adam DiMichele

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - August 12, 2009 The undrafted rookie originally signed with the Eagles in May and was released a month later. He played at Temple, finishing fourth in school history with 5,024 yards passing.

DiMichele will get a crash course in Philadelphia's offense before Thursday night's preseason opener against the New England Patriots. Eagles backup QB Kevin Kolb won't play because of a knee injury. Donovan McNabb is expected to play into the second quarter and A.J. Feeley will replace him.
