Police say in March of last year they took part in the beating of Sean Patrick Conroy. It happened in the subway concourse at 13th and Market Streets.
Prosecutors say the beating led to Conroy's fatal asthma attack.
Two other defendants have already pleaded guilty. They are awaiting sentencing.
