Residents given free prescription drugs

August 18, 2009 This is part of the Free Merck Medicines Program.

It offers uninsured patients drugs to treat chronic conditions, like diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure.

The program is available to individuals who earn up to $43,000 a year and families that earn $88,000.
