$1.1M home on The Green up for sale in Dover

DOVER, Del. (AP) - August 18, 2009 Mary Terry Mason Carroll's home was built in 1790 and has been in the same family for 70 years. She says the house really needs a family. The home has been family owned since it was built, unlike many homes on The Green.

Most of the buildings on The Green are state-owned, such as the Old State House, or have become law offices.

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's real estate agent Denise Cain says the home listed at $1.1 million would make a good private residence or home with an office.
