PHILADELPHIA (AP) - August 20, 2009
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority says
there will be a full-scale emergency simulation drill Sunday
morning at the 36th Street trolley portal. That will stop trolley
service from the City Hall area to 37th street from 6 a.m. to noon.
