Search for missing 56-year-old

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - August 23, 2009 Elpidio Martinez was last seen at his residence in the 4000 block of E. Roosevelt Blvd on August 18.

Elpidio suffers from Bipolar Disorder. He is described as a Hispanic male, light complexion, 5'8, 200 pounds, muscular build, green eyes, grey hair, and is missing his front teeth.

Elpidio also has numerous tattoos.
