Highway open after rig hauling asphalt flips

The accident happened late Monday night and is blocking the on and off ramps to Route 130 at Route 322 in Logan twp, Gloucester County. It's just over the Commodore Barry Bridge in New Jersey.

There were no reports of injuries.

The ramps were closed at about 9:30 p.m. Monday. Workers finally cleared the scene enough to allow traffic by again just before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
