Police say he and the 17-year-old math student began text messaging and talking on their cell phones back in November, 2008.
On December 12th, 2008 police say Hawkins and the teen had oral sex, then had intercourse the following day at his home on the 1800 block of Society Place in Newtown.
For the next four months, police say the teen went to Hawkins' house three to four times per week, and had sex with him on nearly every occasion.
Investigators add, the teen said she saw sexually explicit photos of another teenage girl from Council Rock South High School on Hawkins' computer.
Besides sex, the teen told police she and Hawkins smoke marijuana and drank alcohol.
