The woman was riding down Columbus Boulevard at Christian Street just before midnight on Sunday, when the car ran into her.
The car stopped at the scene.
The woman suffered several serious injuries and was taken to Jefferson Hospital.
Police say they have not yet wrapped up their investigation into this accident.
