Police say the four suspects robbed the bank in the Glendale Plaza, then fled in a car on Route 40 eastbound.
A short time later the car was pulled over by police at the Route 13/40 split in New Castle.
The suspects were taken into custody without incident and are currently at Troop 2 in Glasgow where the investigation continues.
