The gunmen attempted to rob several patrons inside the bar.
The shooting victim was reportedly working security at the bar when he was shot.
Police are looking for 3 men wearing hoodies and white bandanas over their faces. They fled on foot down 59th Street.
The victim was hospitalized and is listed in stable condition.
