The red marks on the map are sale locations. You can just click on the mark to get the information or on the right hand side type in your address to get the sales near you.
Once you have a particular sale's information open, you can click "add to trip planner" to keep a list on the right hand side.
Once you have found all the sales you want. You can view your directions and route.
Each sale lists the time, date and some of the items you can buy.
To add your own sale, just click on the top right hand button and fill in your information.
