Help for flooding along the Delaware

There's some help on the way for flood-prone areas along the Delaware River. Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware have reached a deal with New York City to reduce the levels of water in the City's reservoirs.

This means when there's a heavy rain, the reservoirs will be less likely to overflow, and in turn, less likely to cause flooding in the Delaware River.
