Griffith was arrested in mid-August by police in Nevada.
Griffith is accused of raping a 19-year-old woman back on July 27th in Lower Providence, Pa.
It was around 5:00 p.m. that night when, police say, Griffith followed the victim home from the Wal-Mart on Trooper Road.
He got in his silver car, followed her a few miles to her Audubon home, then entered the house through an unlocked door and sexually assaulted the victim, according to investigators.
"I thought it was my dad, I was in my room and went to go check and he was standing right there," the victim told Action News.
Officials say after sexually assaulting the victim, Griffith ran off.
