The president of a Millville youth baseball league has been charged with stealing about $20,000 from the league. Police say 45-year-old Charles Baginski pocketed the money from fundraisers and league functions between March and September.

Another member of the board of the Millville American Little League says questions first came up last week when a uniform company said it hadn't been paid.

The board member, Matt Forand, told The Daily Journal of Vineland that Baginski promised to repay the league.

The league president is charged with theft and theft by deception.

There was a busy signal at his home phone number Tuesday afternoon.
