Arrest in 25-year-old cold case

PHILADELPHIA - September 9, 2009 Jane Bailey, formerly of Pottstown, has been arrested on charges of killing her husband Mark in 1984.

His body wasn't found until 1992, dumped in rural Berks County.

Bailey has reportedly confessed that she and her lover at the time Joey Small, shot her husband in the head.

Small is still being sought.
