Firefighters worked for 20 minutes trying to free the woman, however she was pronounced dead at the scene.
No word yet on the woman's identity.
Minivan slams into tree, killing driver

The single car crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. in the 4700 block of North 13th Street. Authorities say a 33-year-old woman driving a minivan was traveling at a high rate of speed on 13th Street when she lost control of her vehicle and clipped a tree. Her vehicle then slammed into a second tree, trapping the woman inside.
