Man shot in the back in West Philly

WEST PHILADELPHIA - September 15, 2009 The 20-year-old victim was shot to the lower back at about 12:30 on the 5100 block of Parrish Street.

He managed to run another block before collapsing on Reno Street.

The man was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

So far, no word on suspects or motive.
