Teens suspected in playground graffiti

Police say they have a strong lead in the case of vandalism at a Delaware playground: The suspect's car.It happened at the Todd Estates off Garrett Road in Newark on Monday night.

That's when, police say, two teens spray-painted tags such as "Boom," "Yup," "Shamoo" and "4BZ" on a sliding board and other equipment.

But, police said, the suspects left their car behind.

Police say Joshua Carter, 18, and David Forbes, 18, were to turn themselves in on Wednesday after one of them tried obtain his car at New Castle County police headquarters.
