Police say just past 11:00 P.M. on Sunday the van hit the man on the boulevard near Bridge Street.
The minivan stopped about four blocks down the road at Large Street.
The driver's side of the vehicle's front windshield was smashed.
Police have not released the victim's name and so far, have not filed any charges.
